Clinical Visitor Program Specialist

We are looking for a Clinical Visitor Program Specialist to coordinate Korea-based clinical education and customer visitor programs for North America, APAC, Japan, China, EMEA and LATAM. This position supports the Global Clinical Academy Program by coordinating with Clinical, Commercial, Marketing, R&D, Manufacturing and regional teams to deliver high-quality clinical education and a consistent customer experience. The role focuses on program coordination, cross-functional collaboration and operational execution of global clinical education and visitor programs.

- Gangnam-gu, Seoul, South Korea (based); - occasional attendance at the Goyang-si headquarters may be required depending on the program.

• Coordinate global clinical education and customer visitor programs in Korea • Manage program schedules and training/visitor requests from global and regional teams • Coordinate programs for KOLs, key customers, distributors and regional employees • Develop and coordinate customized agendas including clinical training, hands-on sessions, KOL meetings, company/facility tours and clinical site visits • Support the end-to-end visitor journey, including pre-visit preparation, on-site program execution and post-visit follow-up • Coordinate trainers, KOLs, facilities, equipment and other resources required for each program • Work closely with Clinical, Commercial, Marketing, R&D, Manufacturing and regional teams • Maintain the Global Clinical Academy calendar, visitor database and program records • Support the development and standardization of Academy processes, templates and operating procedures • Track program KPIs, analyze regional training/visitor trends and prepare regular reports

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience • Experience in clinical education, program coordination, customer training, customer experience, commercial operations or related functions • Experience in the medical device, healthcare or aesthetic industry strongly preferred • Strong planning, coordination and organizational skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to coordinate multiple programs and priorities simultaneously • Business-level English communication skills required • Experience working with global or regional teams preferred • Experience supporting healthcare professionals, KOLs or medical education programs is a plus
